i've been a bad boy and it's plain to see Liluth - 468 - good girls bad guys by falling in reverse Vala was always the usually hunting spot for Ezael, even more so now that there was no reason for him to go to the enchanted forest, to see a pretty little blonde who spoke so strangely. It helped a little getting out of the house, but even as he walked these streets he remembered the conversation he had with his brother only days before. Ezael now wore the ring on his ring finger on his right hand. He discovered the use of it and he promised to him self that he will keep a hold of it until he saw her once more. He pushed open the door to one of the bars, the stench of sweat, booze and humans hit him. He took in a deep breath, sapphire eyes looked over the people the hunger he began to feel caused his blue eyes to speckle with red. His looks helped attract females, males as well, but the elf had changed his whole hunting style, much like a serial killer he had a type. Ashe sat down and ordered his drinks he kept an eye out scanning faces, once he got a target he would charm her and take her away.
It did not take long until he found one and took her outside, empty promises and lies pass his lips between kisses. They slipped into an ally, soon he had her up against a wall. There were fingers on flesh, skin exposed to air and fangs dug deep to let blood flow. The life left the blonde and he let her fall to the ground. Taking a step away and fixing up his clothing licking his lips. His hunger was satisfied and he looked out towards the streets at people making sure no one came by. Ezael's only need with the woman was her blood, greedy little human wanted more. Fingers moved to his belt making sure his prize daggers were there. His dragon dagger, with them he did not make a sound.
That is when it hit him like a brick wall, the smell of the forest, an elf was around. If his heart beat it would have skipped one. He needed to find who caused that smell, was it her? Lailah? Walked out slowly sapphire eyes looked for her, that blonde hair. Cautious were his steps, his fine tuned hunting skills came in affect. But it wasn't his elf, no, but someone who looked too close for his liking. Her sister, Lailah may never have mentioned her, but he knew of her, seen her at times when it all started when he just watched her. “Curiouser and curiouser.” What was a little elf like her doing so far from home in a land where she was just prey and hungry predators lay in wait.

I DON'T NEED YOUR FUCKING HALO can't you see i'm no one's angel [atrb=style,border-top: 8px solid #333333; border-bottom: 8px solid #333333; border-left: 3px solid #b1b198; border-right: 3px solid #b1b198;][bg=7b3636][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,420,true][atrb=width,20%][atrb=vAlign,top]
Savan had told Liluth not to go anywhere, to stay hidden, to stay safe. But one little journey into the town wouldn't kill her, not with the dagger she held clutched in her hand. All she was doing was running a little private errand. She needed thread, special thread, if she was going to make herself a lace choker to cover the mark on her neck. As it was, she kept her hood up, barely glancing around as she walked.
The thread was purchased easily enough, along with some pins. It took the rest of her silver, but the woman she was staying with was providing her meals, and when she went home, she would be able to make other little trinkets to sell along the way or she could live off the land, if Thatulo hadn't abandoned her.
But those were thoughts for another time, she reminded herself as she hurried on her way back to the home she was staying at. She nodded, barely glancing to the side, only to stop in her tracks. There was a scene that was much to familiar taking place in that alley. She could see someone, a girl with blond hair, lying, most likely dead. And there was a dark shape, similar to the one from her nightmares, but different in so many ways. His eyes, his hair, his lips, they were all wrong, yet she knew he had to be the same. And he was staring right at her, as if he recognized her. But he couldn't. Savan was her death, he was the only one she had ever met. Liluth had never seen this dark figure before.
Hesitantly, she turned away from the sight, only to hear his voice, it had to be his, carry to her from across the way. Her face grew paler, if it were at all possible as she turned back once again. “Why so curious? Curiosity killed the cat.” She stood across the street from him, though there were no other people here now. She knew he could hear her, but she wasn't about to go into the dark alley with him. She didn't trust him, he wasn't her death, she wasn't his gift. But she did want to know who he was, and what he had to do with her. It was stupid, she knew, but she was trying to stay alive this time. She stayed in the open, where she could run, where there were other people, people that at the very least he might have to kill first. And there was the body lying in the alley at his feet, which suggested he had finished feeding, even if it wasn't hard proof.

i've been a bad boy and it's plain to see Liluth - 468 - good girls bad guys by falling in reverse There were differences he could see them, not identical like Dominus and he was, but it was close, had to be the sister. A smirk tugged at his painted lips the lip ring moving. Oh how this amused him, oh how she was going to amuse him. “Cat only dies if its living in the first place.” He straightened himself out keeping distance from her his eyes running over her though. “So the other Alavara sister, I know your twin quite well, but you never heard of me, seen me, guess you two are not that close, since you are here and she isn't.” Ezael moved now, circling her like she was prey. “Far away from your cozy little forest, don't you know there is a war, that you are just a lamb in lion country.” He gave her a toothy grin flashing her a fang, “and who is there to protect you,” he waved a hand at the dagger, “you are young, young by elf standards, probably don't even know how to use that thing, and could you? Could you kill, invite death into your hands?”
That was when he stopped, that was when he both saw it and smelt it. The stench of a vampire on her, the two small cuts in her flesh. She was with one, another elf with a vampire. So after everything that they went though Lailah and himself, all the words that were said being so careful so that no one found out, that it was so taboo, none of that mattered, her coming to see him meant so much less now. Ezael took a step away from her, the smirk was gone replaced with a scowl. “Did your parents not teach you a thing?” His words came out angry. “If I had known vampire elf relationships were so common I would have not worried so much about her future.” Ezael moved closer to her once more. “About what people would say.”
Even if he was pissed that that taboo of their relationship was gone it never changed his feelings, it just meant so much could have been changed, maybe even be better then they were now. The anger still boiled in him, and the only time he ever had held back in his long life was with Lailah, he wanted to reach out and wrap his hands around her neck and see if he could just squeeze it off. It was then that his Sapphire eyes twinkled with something and a twisted smile came to his lips. He might still kill her, but until then he was going to play with her, plant little dark seeds into her head. “So little elf, found yourself a vampire have you?”

Liluth had been planning on just turning and continuing on her way, but his words made her freeze, and her heart skip a beat. He knew her sister, and now he was taunting her. She had worked hard not to think about Lailah since she had left, not while still at home in the forest, not while she traveled, and not while she waited for death to claim her. What did this thing know of her pain, to talk as though he knew her.
“My sister is dead.” she whispered. It wasn't truth, exactly, but it was truth to her. Lailah had left her, gone, without saying why. Her sister was dead to her, as she was dead to her sister. That's what it meant when you kept secrets from one another wasn't it? She stepped away from him as he drew closer, turning her face so she wouldn't meet his eyes. “I came here to die, and until my death comes to claim me, yes, I could use this tool and end someone's life. Or death, as the case may be.”
Her eyes, carefully kept on his chest, flashed up to his eyes when he mentioned a relationship. Her sister had been keeping secrets, and now he was claiming to be it? And acting as though she was doing the same thing? “What do you mean vampire elf relationship?” It couldn't be true, she couldn't believe it. “No, she wouldn't, she couldn't, it'd be like having a human lover, or a werewolf. It couldn't last, she wouldn't...” she had almost said 'she wouldn't leave me alone like that', but that was exactly what she had done, left Liluth all alone, and not told her why.
She backed further down the street, in the direction of her temporary home. The look he had in his eyes terrified her, yet not the same terror she'd had with Savan. “Found one? No, he found me. And I got away, and I can go back and see her... Except I can't. I'm marked, I can never go back, and it would have been better if he had killed me rather than letting me live like this where I can never look her in the eye again. Don't underestimate me, vampire, never underestimate an elf whose heart has been shattered to pieces. Whose way of life is taken away. They can do most anything, and are most dangerous to provoke.”

i've been a bad boy and it's plain to see Liluth - 500 - good girls bad guys by falling in reverse They looked so much alike, but at the same time Ezael saw all that made them different. A frown came to is painted lips, similar yes, but not the same, no one would be the same. It was both how similar she looked yet so different that irritated him. He missed her, it was driving him mad and this was about ready to just throw him over the edge. But her next words did that, sapphire eyes changed to blood red from anger. Dead, she couldn't be dead, lying little elf she was, and she was lying to the wrong person. “She is not dead, wench.” His teeth were showing and he was not going to show her any restraint like her other vampire did. “And why do you have a death wish? If you want to die then you met the right one, and you could try and stop me, but I have years on you, experience and you would be lucky to even scratch me.” His words came out in an angry hiss, who knew that just how she said things would anger him so much.
“what do you think I mean little one, and don't give me that shit, there are half elves, don't be so ignorant that you over look the half races, the mixed blood, the ones who don't belong just as us vampires do.” A grin came to his lips, a bit of amusement to go along with his anger. “She did, she sneak off, come see me, even left your little forest, but unlike you she didn't look for death, no, I would never kill her, if it came down to it, let her kill me.” The blood red hued eyes flashed to the blade, looked over her body language, glanced around to see if anyone was around. This village was a mix, humans, sorcerers and a few vampires.
She was scared, good, fear clouded the mind, and she was young, nothing set into reflexes to save her life, if she was older it would be more of a challenge. “You got away and yet went back, why even leave your safe little home in the first place, why even go back, so determined to die young.” The grin was gone, he stood a little straighter no longer ready to pounce. “he bit you, and you can't go back? You young one are an elf, or did you forget that, elves heal quick, why you stay alive so long, why it takes more to kill you then a human.” He chuckled, oh silly little thing she was, like a human really. Maybe she was the wrong race, if it wasn't for her sent he would have believed that. “Your nothing, your young, untrained, and you can't do most anything.” Ezael then reached to the daggers, his ring on his finger, her ring really, the jade ring. He was silent, undetectable to her in the dark, and hidden traps or magic could be seen.

“Don't speak to me like you know me! You no nothing of me or my culture, my sister's culture if you speak so. Do you think half bloods are smiled upon? Have you learned nothing in your days on this world? Having a half blood child is looked upon as if you were half blood yourself.” Liluth stepped back quicker, her voice growing louder. “We heal quick, but not quick enough, and we still scar. A scar of a bite, you call that nothing? It's shameful. I'm no warrior, they wouldn't believe I killed the beast that did it. Someone would know, would suspect, and I'd live with that for the rest of my life.”
She knew her price, her shame for having lived through it and been marked. She'd watched as it slowly faded day by day, as the horrid bite became a scar. She knew at least one who would know what had happened when she returned, one person, that was all. But this, no elf would want a lover marked forever by a vampire. At least she had that condolence. No forced marriage would be for her- if she ever went back.
One last thing, one last site sealed her resolve never to return, though. On his finger, she briefly saw her sister's ring, glinting in the light from a torch. Her sister, her beloved sister, had betrayed her trust. There was proof. It made her ache to see it, to feel her world shattering around her. They had told each other everything, and Lailah had been the only one she would tell about Savan. But she hadn't gotten a chance because her sister had a vampire of her own, to whom she gave her favorite ring, and never mentioned to Liluth. It stopped her in her tracks, the way it rang of finality. Liluth wasn't good enough to know that secret, Liluth wasn't trustworthy enough, Liluth wasn't worth enough.
She looked up, to meet his eyes briefly, tears in her own. “I am Liluth. And I can't do much, true. But you underestimate me, vampire. Now leave me alone. I'm not my sister, and I'm not yours.” She turned away from him, and continued on her way, pulling her special cloak tighter around her. No magic in it, simply a pattern to blend with shadows, which there were many of here. The hood went up after only a few steps, hiding her blond hair from him as well. There were sobs making her chest ache for want of release, but she stayed silent, focused. Her prison, that was where she had to return to. Silently she prayed to the gods for safety. She didn't trust the vampire to leave her alone simply because she told him to.
