Alright I kind of fail at these but I will try my best! So I’ll do a quick background on her.
So ya, this is Cecilia Vance a two hundred and twelve year old vampire. She’s an upper class vampire and her father happens to be a very old respected vampire. But, she isn’t really like a typical upper class woman. She likes things about war and fighting. She wishes she could be a warrior or an assassin or something like that. And is hoping to find someone to teach her. She can be a bit evil with some people… she likes to play tricks. She is Fabian’s ex-squeeze and still very much in love with him <3 And is basically trying to win him back/ trying to get rid of Thea. So now she is passing information to Pandora because of this. (Since she has this whole feeling that Thea is going to lose anyway.) And she is trying to protect Fabian from everything. Oh! And she is telepathic. So don’t go thinking up any secret plans in your head while she is around. Since she’ll catch you.
Ok so this lovely little vampy will need some friends. Maybe another girl vampire who she can talk to about everything. She likes to be social so she'll have a decent amount of them. But a couple close friends are definitely needed. Other races than vampire are open for this. She should have some enemies though. But, no one knows about her sneaking around and giving Pandora information. She is pretending like she is on the same side. So she can’t make enemies through that. And yes love! So this spot is currently being taken up by Fabian. But since he isn’t officially hers I would love some cool plots and twists. If you have some idea I would love to hear it.
If you have any kind of ideas at all I’d love to hear them! Plots with other races are always welcome <3

cecilia&damien it's hard to keep something from Damien for long. He's very attentive and he's prone to immediately start trying to figure you out once you start talking to him. Though he won't know about your betrayal with Pandora, I can see him kinda figuring out that she can read his mind after realizing that after every lie and fake promises he throws at her, she always confronts him about it. I can see them being on the border of 'friendship' and enemies. But due to her power, she is useful to him which is why he'll only keep her around until when he needs a favor or something. but she's a woman who's pretty, comes from a good line (he knows her father well), they would be like: passing by.. 'hey' and maybe thats it. feel free to add something.

I'm up for the plot leaning towards the enemy direction seeing as she's a vamp and as far as Drisan is concern the only good vamp is a dead one.....

So I think Cecilia would like him back. She is pretty easy when picking friends. If they are nice to her then she'll be nice back. But if you cross her then you are on her list until you can make it up to her. She is careful about who knows about her being telepathic. She doesn't like a lot of people to know. But she'd be willing to help him out if he needed in exchange for something. She wants to learn how to become an assassin. So I think she'd try to work out some sort of deal with him.

Ohhh sure we can figure something out. Any sort of ideas? Cecilia will be laughing that he wants her dead since she is secrelty a spy for Pandora

To bad that isn't common knowledge......  Ummmm. How about Drisan tries to kill Cecilia and she tries to stay alive long enough to convince him that they are really on the same team? |

Samantha and Cecilia could be friends? Maybe even close friends? Now, samantha doesn't like Pandora, and sides with Panthea, but she doesn't go shouting it out, so I don't think that would come between their friendship, well Samantha doesn't know Cecilia is sided with Pandora but still.
Samantha would be a good friend, probably wouldn't betray her. She could be easily trusted and confided in. Sam is twisted somewhat, but tries to seem more innocent around others. Mainly her brother, but she gets used to acted sweet. So she might act fake, and Cecilia being telepathic and all would see straight through her act.
I think Samantha and Cecilia could end up being good friends. What do you think?

Nikolas would love to be her friend. He's definitly twisted and evil, and doesn't even try to hide it, but he does try to be nicer around friends. Seeing as you might be friends with his sister, maybe he could hang around y'all too? He doesn't really like to not know what's going on with his sister, seeing as she's all he's got left so he's really protective. But he could be sorta like y'all guy friend that tries to keep y'all outta really bad trouble?
