A young girl with dark brown long and flowing road a pone a grey horse with darker speckles dotted over its body it was relatively small for horse but then again Ophelia was not very tall or very heavy so the horse was an ideal size. The created snorted and twitched its ears as lead the girl to the fall, tied to a pack at the back where a number of empty cages and sprung traps, Ophelia made it her business and her hobby to set as many animals as she could find free and dispose of many traps as she could, much to the annoyance of others since hunting was considered a fair and needed sport. Ophelia could not walk past an animal that had been caught and leave it to its fate. She found hunting to be cruel and didn't like it when animals suffered in her knowing so.
The day was warm with a pleasant breeze in the air to cool things off the pair came to stop and Ophelia jumped down taking her cloak off she tucked it into a pack, she was dressed in leathers today and looked fairly tough for an 11 year old she even had a sword and new where to stick it if someone tried to harm her she would give them a reason to think twice or at least attempt to she had quite a mouth on her as well but then again she was the advisers daughter. Her father would have liked to stay in today and continue with her magic lessons but Ophelia disliked classes so snuck out early that day before the sun rose. She even tacked her own horse and put on her own leathers and everything she was very well organised indeed just one of her habits.
Being outside the castle was what she enjoyed most exploring the wilderness and adventure with all that jazz she hated to be confined like a caged songbird well that was not how she could live? Ophelia was a free spirit a rebel her father may not except that about her but that was that and she wasn't about to change for anyone. She wanted to grow up and no one would she her what to do no one would speak about her mother it was like she never existed this often made Ophelia sad but she tucked it away well. Still she wondered what her mother was like but no one would ever say anything they knew it would upset her father.
She approached the waters edge and filled her drinking flask and took a sip not bothered if anyone else was around her guard was down she was distracted by personal thoughts but wasn't bothered it was almost like she wanted things to happen.
