SINK IN ANGER, FOUNTAINS FORMING
SPILLS LIKE THUNDER TO WHAT WE'RE HOLDING[/blockquote][/color]
Hela leaned forward, her black locks sliding past her shoulders and framing her angular and yet sharp face as she stared at the clean, waxed wooden counter of the blood bar she was currently residing in for the evening. She pursed her lips in thought before sighing as she sat in the shady shady, a glass of elven blood in her hand. She stared at the liquid for a moment, noticing the gleam of the crimson whenever she swirled the glass, causing it to catch the little lighting in the room before downing it, letting the bitter, yet sickeningly sweet taste slide down her throat, until there was nothing left in the glass. She finished it up until there was nothing left, besides the lingering taste and scent caught on her lips and tongue. She promptly set her glass down and ordered another, unconsciously, crossing her legs and smoothing out the unseen wrinkles on of robes before looking at the man with a pointed stare as he wandered to the back, a promise of another drink coming right up. Usually he was quick to take orders, and he was with her, but for some reason, he always insisted on standing by her and talking to her as if she really cared about what he had to say to her.
Signing, she looked around herself. Tonight, clearly, it wasn't a good idea to be out here tonight- seeing that everyone seemed to know her schedule so much that it seemed that the whole of vampire population seemed to know where she was and meet here there at the same time. Vampires lounged around the seats, near the bar, crowded around the door, or occupying the seats around her. Knowing who she was and how she acted around vampires- she didn't say much seeing that vampires seemed to be the only kind she was ever nice and sociable with. But she hated crowds- really, being honest, she hated it, and if it weren't for the need to drink- she wouldn't be here, but with the war and all- she wasn't in the mood to really hunt. It seemed everywhere she was, it was crawling with parasites who latch on to one of the queens in hopes of power, land, and glory. It was obnoxious to see them, fighting for something so stupid. Little girl was having a temper tantrum because she wanted the power to destroy Rendoria as if it belonged to her; so what does little girl do? Get the vampire king as a bed buddy to get the vampires on her side, promises of land- all paid for by a few lays very night or so. She snorted- these were the people in power at the moment.
She looked up as the bartender slide the drink down the counter, this time taking the hint that she didn't want to be bothered. The glass slide into her waiting hand. She glanced at the door for a moment before shaking her head slightly, her black ringlets falling past her shoulders shimmering slightly. Her looked at the glass. It would be the last one, she reminded herself for what seemed the hundredth time in the hour. She always said that, but her unyielding thirst for a 'little more' always delayed her time at the bar. Though even though she wasn't interested anymore in the drink- she felt the need to stay around- what was there really to do besides cause a little trouble? She refused to be seen in that crowd anyways.
