( TO ME YOU'LL BE FOREVER SACRED ) { you hand above, like a dove, over me } Nina walked down the hall, looked around as she took a light breath. It seemed that today she was highly uneasy, the way she moved about, a little quicker then the standard, polite and important grace that she held when she visited the halls of the home of the royal family. Well, she was always skittish when she arrived in the heard of the kingdom, but today more then any other (or so she told herself every time she entered). And the slow movements and steady breaths filled the halls as she entered through the elegant, beautiful entrance, the magnificent site that greeted her always took her breath away. Her blue eyes flashed as they looked around, curious about everything- she loved being there- but she never really got to explore- seeing she was always busy with something. But there had always been something about it that intrigued her, be it the decoration and entwined staircases or the inhabitants that occupied it. The mere thought set what resembled a blush through her pale cheeks.
Today was like any other day. She was back from a work that the Queen had sent her on- to see Pandora and discuss with her about the war and what the latest impact is. Nina had taken that as a sign that soon they would mobilize and ready for war. It was, to her, a time to top the raging effects of the battles before the soil were ripped from the ground and strewn across the beautiful lands of Pandora. To her, it was time for a change.
But at her arrival, someone had requested her presence- she assumed it was Pandora, but she wasn't really sure. Knowing fully well who lived in the heart of the place, she wore one of her more sophisticated gowns in an attempt not to look like she was dragged through the land and back again (she was, but she didn't want to say that, after all, she hated to be the bearer of bad news). And after hours of trying to look decent, there she was, waiting for someone who called for her, someone who didn't give her a name to look for them by, someone who could just be playing an mildly unamusing trick on her just because it was funny- which it wasn't. There was a time for laughter and this age wasn't. Maybe she should just go back home and rest- if they were serious, they could ask for her another time, if it was merely for fun, the had it, and might not ask again.
But what if it was important? She looked around the empty hall before peering through a doorway, her eyes sparkling with curiosity. 'Hello?' she called with a frown. She smoothed out her gown before turning around with a sigh. Maybe she was delusional- it could be plausible, after all the things she had seen.

Aldruak hear that Nina had been away, off in the land of light talking with Pandora, he kind of wished he had gone as well, he wanted to leave the forest go out and help Pandora and the side of the light. But back to Nina, ever since the meeting they had back in the forest he remembered that they needed to spend more time together, they were friends right? Aldruak called her to the castle to talk, see how her trip went, see how she is, in a way he missed her.
At this moment though Aldruak was running late leaving Nina to stand in a hall by her self probably thinking the worst. He flew down the stairs almost knocking people off their feet, a few yelled back at him calling him childish and not how a prince should act. He didn’t care, he hardly acted like a prince unless he needed to. The Prince skipped the last step and landed gracefully on the floor continuing his sprint down the hall way rounding corners sharply again almost running into people and getting yelled at more. It wasn’t until he saw the door to the room did he slow down and start to smooth out his clothing and fix his hair.
A smile came to his face when he saw the other elf. “Hello Nina.” He greeted her walking closer too her at this moment not sure how Nina wanted to be greeted, a hand shake a hug so he went with the hand shake. “I heard you just got back how was your trip?”

( TO ME YOU'LL BE FOREVER SACRED ) { you hand above, like a dove, over me } Nina glanced around the room, her lips curled into a wistful smile. What was it like to live in such a beautiful place? To be respected and loved by admirers? She wasn't sure, with power like the queen's, they were some responsibilities, and not everyone will be happy about her decisions. Maybe she wouldn't enjoy it, she didn't like to bear the burden of her people, their weight on her shoulders, their expectancy for change. And everything she had done, sometimes it changes things, something it doesn't- it's hard to make things perfect, because there was no such thing. While some wanted to stay neural, others wanted to fight- and she was one of them. It was impossible to look left and right at the same time; once the elves jumped into the war, she was sure that they would never be able to pull out without heavy casualties. And in a way, she feared it- she didn't want anything to get hurt, to what extent was death for peace? How many lives would it take for the world to become as it was once more? Or better yet, was it really worth it?
She bit her lip. She didn't know. She didn't have the answers. The only thing she could really do was try- the world will go on, life was go on, people who survive will go one; even if she doesn't. And in a way, she was glad of that- even if she dies in war, at least she had done something, at least she had tried, at least, for a moment, she had worked for change, she had cared enough to do something about it. She had the audacity to speak out while some others didn't. Not everyone liked war, but there were who took her side and nodded when confronted with the thought of war.
the world must always go on, even if I don't.
Turning, she was about to head out and go home when a particular sound caused her head to snap up and glance at the stairs. She frowned lightly and took a step back, unsure of what to think for a moment. Who was causing such a disruption? She wasn't sure- was it best to leave and let it be someone else's business? After a quick deliberation, she was about to turn when a familiar voice called out to her- causing her heart to figuratively skip a pace and run off.
Turning around, she bowed before him, formally- like she should be. All the bribery and words in the word wouldn't make that habit go away- more so him then anyone else. He was a prince, and he always turned her into a clumsy mess, sometimes elves can't be. He turned her to an outcast almost- and the last thing she wanted was to look like a fool.
