Luna is an Oracle, at one point her visions may have been believable. But since coming into possession of Heaven's Scythe her customer base has slipped, people see her as a bit of a basket case. This isn't to say her visions aren't as accurate, they are just generally jumbled in with a bunch of nonsense making them harder to decipher at times.

Friends

What Luna calls a friend, and what others might call a friend differ. While most friendships are based on actually liking a person, Luna considers anyone willing to stay around her and not lose their minds, a friend. This, however, excludes Humans, Luna is very anti-human.

Enemies

Weather she knows it or not, Luna has made many enemies. A lack of sleep, added to the effects of Hevan's Scythe have highly altered her sense of reality. Often time she isn't sure if the person who is there is actually there or she's just imagining things.

Lovers

All i'll say is, you never really know.

So, I don't think Sammy will get along with Luna very much, quite frankly she would scare him shitless (well, his pride won't let him admit that.. but it's somewhere up there). Anyways, but I can see him being recommend to see her.. and so he may stop by for a chat or so, but they wouldn't be enemies or friends- more like acquaintances?

Like a business relationship? Sure, that could work. lol though with The Impatience he might get a bit flustered with Luna, she isn't always straightforward with the information she sees or knows.

Ehh- he probably would be standing there miffed, wondering what kind of cruel trick was being played on him while she's babbling in tongues- however he's likely to blow it out or proportion and start asking her weird questions and things. It really wouldn't be a problem... as long as she's isn't sitting here humming something under her breath for an hour; if that's the case he just might cry.
